Also; hand sanitiser will be available on entry and temperatures will be taken before entering. All attendees will be required to bring their own pen for signing of the attendance register
Date: 02 December 2020
Venue: Masque Theatre, 37 Main Rd, Muizenberg, Cape Town
Resolutions presented at the Members meeting can only be voted on by bona fide members of the MID. This membership is available free of charge to all owners of non-residential and/or residential property within the MID footprint, but they must be registered before 25 November 2020. Limited seats due to COVID, booking is essential under a first come first serve policy. Email email@example.com to book.
Member attendance will unfortunately be restricted to the first 40 members to book. Unfortunately only members may book so partners cannot be accommodated. Arrangements will be made for the meeting to be available online with members participation. However, voting can only be done in person for those booking seats. Others must arrange to either; give proxies to someone who will be present or to the Chair of the meeting. This situation is outside our control and we regret these unavoidable restrictions.
Please also note the following deadlines for documents to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- New applications for membership by Wednesday 25th November.
- Proxies by Friday 27th November.
- Nominations for Director by Wednesday 25th November.
All documentation for the AGM is attached. It can also be found on the MID Website at www.mid.org.za under AGM 2020.
Please try to read the documents attached.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR REGISTRATION WHICH WILL OPEN AT 17.30.
