MID Members, concerned residents and the media are welcome to attend the first 30 minutes of the meetings at 4pm.
While the Muizenberg Improvement District MOI point 12.6.18 outlines the following in terms of member participation before monthly board meetings.
“The first half hour of all meetings of directors of the company shall be open for attendance by members of the company who have matters pertinent to the company or its operations and management which they wish to raise. The amount of time allocated to discussion of each issue shall be at the discretion of the chairman, and the manner in which each matter so raised is subsequently handled shall be determined by the directors in their sole discretion. Issues which members wish to raise in terms of 12.6.18 must, in order to be considered, be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the meeting at which they are to be discussed.”
