Need to report an emergency?
Municipal Services
For potholes, electricity, water, illegal dumping and other similar incidents, use the City of Cape Town eServices portal or a useful app like MySmartCity to ensure you get the service for which you pay.
MID Services
For queries or complaints about the MID including our services, staff, board of directors and service providers, please message us directly using the contact form found here.
Property Owners and Businesses
Become a member of the MID
If you are a Muizenberg residential or commercial property owner, within the boundaries of MID, you are able to apply to become a MID member. MID members commit to attending Annual General Meetings, and can vote on portfolio proposed projects (to vote go to “Services and Portfolios“).
