MID June Newsletter
We look forward to welcoming Chevone Petersen as the new MID Admin Manager in July 2013. Her duties will include supporting the MID Directors in their various portfolios as well as maintaining relationships with MID members, members of the general public, various City Officials and service providers.
Chevone has gained hands-on experience within the NPO sector where she focussed on fundraising and reporting for various Projects operating in the Ocean View and Masiphumelele communities. Her most recent role has been within the Recruitment Industry where she maintained profitable long term relationships with clients and candidates on all levels across diverse industries.
She is people centred and enjoys being “on the ground” where she can contribute towards creating an environmentally conscious, safe and sustainable community where social development initiatives are welcomed in collaboration with other community stakeholders.
Chevone lives in Fish Hoek, and on weekends her day usually starts at the crack of dawn when her son demands an early morning bike ride!
